About Me
I'm Katie Gulley, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Meridian, ID. I provide individual therapy services for individuals aged 18 to 99+, including support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and PTSD/trauma. Healing is a journey and I would love to walk with you as you grow and develop into your best self.

Currently, I am in network with Blue Cross of Idaho, St. Luke's Health Partners, PacficSource Health Plans, Select Health, Saint Alphonsus Health Plan, and Regence Blue Shield.

I specialize in individual therapy, but it's important to keep some considerations in mind. Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis to authorize treatment, which then becomes part of your permanent medical record. They may also limit the number of sessions, necessitate periodic reviews of your progress, or determine what type of treatment is deemed 'medically necessary.' These factors can influence your privacy, the duration and focus of your therapy, and your ability to select the type of care that best meets your needs.
Private Pay
Choosing to pay privately means that no diagnosis is required, and your treatment remains completely confidential between you and Katie Gulley, LPC.
Private pay gives us the freedom to tailor our work together based on your goals and needs—not insurance requirements. I offer private pay sessions at a standard rate for individual therapy, and I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
